Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location and the shipping method you select.

We will cover costs of any products that the carrier reports lost or undelivered.

Return & Exchange Policy

  If you receive your order and it is somehow damaged or defective please notify us as soon as you can and send it back to the return address. After we have verified the issue with the product we will send a new one to you right away. These types of returns can only be made within 4 weeks of delivery date.

We currently are unable to accept returns that are not damaged nor are we able to deal with exchanges for other products. In the near future we hope to have this ability to be able to better serve our customers but at this point we cannot.
